Anyone good with electrics???

I am unable to get my Dome/reading lights to work. As well as the trunk light, Key Chime, Seatbelt light.
I have the circuit diagrams but im not sure where to start. I checked all the fuses I could find (Under dash and under Hood), and they are all fine. The service manual said to hook up the scan tool to trouble shoot it. Wondering if anyone would have any ideas as to what might be the problem.
Thanks
Aus

Sounds like a warranty issue...

I'd rather the dealership have a heartache over that and put me in a free loaner while their mechanics figure that out....

You've already done your part, checking bulbs and fuses...

Just my .02

this just sounds like a blown fuse, i believe that the stuff you mention lights,etc...are all link into one fuse. Check them again. if they're blown, make sure you use the same amperage.

They also all go thru the ETACS ECU. So I am thinking that this may be a starting point to check too. From what I can tell there are only 2 blocks of fuses and all are ok. I need to go check the wires to the ECU and go from there.
