Has anyone mounted a camera for recording track time in their evo? Would the sparco harness bar work for a camera mount? I'm specifically doing drag race events and dont' really plan to run the harness setup, just the bar to mount the camera. Is there any danger in this or other ways to mount the camera inside the car?

 

I'm pretty sure you can use the sparco harness bar to work for a camera mount...

 

I've had some good results with this: http://www.chasecam.com/bulletcam.htm but that's a little more than you were asking as you still need a suction mount (or use the hard mount) with it. If you have a small enough cam then you can just mount that up to a suction mount such as this one: http://www.chasecam.com/store/custom...cat=248&page=1
