Best brand and place to buy CF hood
Best brand and place to buy CF hood
My friend has a silver EVO VII and he is looking to buy a CF Hood. What'a a good price range? Can you guys recommend a brand and place to shop? Thanks.
He is kind of a poser (14.4 in the quarter next to a stock EVO that ran a 13.8) so I would probably say just for looks. What one looks best to you? I know he is big on quality so I would think something in the middle range as I know the real good ones run well over $1,000.00. He also has to buy new rotors all teh way around so I don't think he wants to spend over $700.00.

How much are rotors all the way around anyway? And so as not to ***** and change subject, I think he should go with the OEM design ones, if he doesnt want to save weight, cuz I can't find any that save more than a few pounds
I have a hood from seibon and it doesn't fit well.
Windshield sprayers don't fit and opening on the right headlight is not even with the one on the left.. kinda looks bent..
It might be just my hood.. still trying to find a digital camera to send the pics to a vendor I got from.

Seibon and Vis are strictly "ok"
If you want REALLY good quality get something from Monster Sport or Varis. That stuff is ACTUAL GOOD quality Carbon fiber.
Bulletproof Auto has them, but it's going to cost you.
