If you want to write a an article that is sure to create a stir ( one that i would be rushing to buy a copy of) Why not run a 4 way battle royal of import vs domestic performance cars of equal value. Maybe we need to wait untill the new cobra is unveiled.. but isnt the upgraded GTO due out soon? Id like to see domestic vs import and car vs car (evo vs sti vs cobra vs gto While these cars are very different they all represent some sort of performance icon, so why not pit them all against eachother with ever performance measure.

 

No, the bright side of owning an 03 is the fact that I've had the car for two years of enjoyment instead of a few months and it was an even cooler car back then than now

 

I'm not baggin' on the '03 or '04's, heck my first Evo was an '03, which I loved. I was and still is a great car, but evolution (pun intended) marches on and the '05's are better. The IX when it comes out is sure to be better still. That the nature of technology.

Well I have been a subscriber for years and yes I get tired of BMW winning everything but damn they are great cars and noone has ponyed up and built a better all around car...

No, it started when lancer turbo 2000 came out the galant VR-4 owners were upset. The US just got into the act with the 7 to 8.5 transition. Imagine when a full generation get released.

When the new one comes out most of the time it is better than the one if replaces. All that said I would love an Evo 6.5.
