Will this fit?

So I was browsing the web this morning and I stumbled across this new Mitsubishi Turbocharger.

Check it out: http://www.mhi.co.jp/tech/pdf/e383/p163.pdf

Think it will fit?

"The noise of MET90SE turbocharger measured independently was found to be standing at substantially low level, somewhere between 105 to 107 dB."

"Net weight 14 000 kg"

I'm sure you could put that in a semi, and have a 2 second 1/'4 mil3 car.
