Help Me....Im addicted....

So Ive had my evo for about 2 months now, and all my spare money is being directed towards mods and stuff. How can I cure this? Will Having 350whp fix this, or is there always more and more? Are there any support groups for this habit? Is it all worthwhile when you see the look on the Cobra drivers face?

It is a slippery slope. The problem is that the first mods make a huge difference in power -- kind of your first taste. From there on it gets more and more expensive and with diminishing returns!

A support group is probably a good idea! Unfortunately some of us are beyond all help!
I think at some point soon I might need an intervention!

Best of luck with your problem.

You don't need help for you're addiction, it is perfectly normal! I have not even driven my evo yet. I bought it in Nov 04 and my car tunner picked it up for me and drove it to his shop to start the surgery. So consider your self lucky you have your car with you. Oh I used to have a heavily modded Cobra and I raced an evo viii. He had 2 bus lengths on me by 100 mph so I was bit the worst way.

You can't fight it man...

I've told myself repeatedly that I wouldn't mod this car.

That lasted for a whole month.

Once I get both my cars to 400whp I'm done... Yeah right...

Get a girlfriend and you will stop modding your car because you will not have any more money

My wife won't let me have a girl friend either, but she does let me drive fast. Cannot have every thing.
