Service engine soon light just came on....

I put a full turbo back with a ams test pipe on, but my check engine light didnt come on for a couple hundred miles, is it related to the cat not being there???

if so should i just a one of those CEL fixes i've seen?

just curious because it didnt come on immediatly but pretty soon after.

Yes it is...there are a few fixes but I'm not sure what thread it was. I have the same system but with the highflow cat...no problems at all.

i had the same problem, my car was throwing PO137 codes over and over...I tried everything from a Perrin O2 Simulator to replacing the o2 sensor itself...After all this wasted money and time, i just disconnected the CEL bulb. What check engine light?.....However, i also had my ecu replaced by Mitsubishi before all of this because it shorted itself out somehow, and i think the new ecu wasn't compatible with the CEL "fixes"

This would just make me too nervous. What if there's a real problem not related to the O2 sensor?

well..then it just might not be the p0137. take it to the dealer or goto autozone

and see which code comes up.
