Is it possible to purchase the S-AYC somehow?

 

I think you can, but i heard it wont fit for some reason, but i could be wrong

 

i'm sure you could source the parts from someone in japan, but you aren't going to be able to bolt it onto your Evo without some serious modifications.

 

really, what would i have to modify? The tranny, TC?

 

Kinda depends on whether the AYC and ACD systems are completely separate (does anyone know?). I suspect you'd have to start with an ACD-equipped car, and get the controller, wiring harness, and rear diff from an AYC car. At the very least.
