Racist Experience with the Evo
You guys are all so stupid. You don't even know what racism is. Yes, he made an offending comment, and now look what he really did. Got all of you all riled up and your panties in a wad. I am sure he would think to himself, Mission Accomplished. People stereotype other people in this world. It's a fact of life and it sucks, but it's reality. If you feel the need to tell someone, don't tell EvoM, tell someone who can do something about it. Save these kids the stress and save Azn rice racer from going out and getting himself beat up. Geez. Trust me, life is going to hit you a lot harder than a derogatory comment one day in your future. Maybe every day. Toughen up, man. Sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me. Ever hear that? There's a reason that saying exists. Because people have been saying hurtful things to each other for 1000's of years. Big woop.
Oh please. The guy had to deal with something that offended him and decided it to share it on a forum. Some people believe that it's better to spread awareness rather than keep the frustration pent up because "that's just the way it is". Something like this affects all people in different ways, it's not a matter of saying "You guys are all so stupid. You don't even know what racism is" because many of us have had to deal with it, albeit at different degrees, it still affects us at the relevant subjective level.
Oh, and to MaxR's comment... I've been called Chinese... Alas, I'm not Chinese. Should it offend me? I guess not because to all of you white people, we all look the same. What if a cop in some other country told you, "there's enough of your polish people here driving your cars"? Oh, and didn't deal with racism? You speak about your ancestors like you had to deal with it personally. I might as well tell you about how the Japanese were put into concentration camps or how the chinese were forced into cheap labor or how my dad was constantly abused by cops when he first got here? You're obviously not living in an impoverished state, so don't preach about having it "e-z".

he had no reason to make that comment, racist or not. Granted I never had a scene w/ a racist cop, but best to believe if I did, I would get all his info and voice record everything (gotta love my v300 voice recording option)

The past is something everyone could stand to let go. Think about all the mistakes you've made in your life. Now think about the mistakes of Man. It's easy to remember and we'd all be better off not dwelling on it and looking forward together. Each generation of man diluted racial hatred and inequality. Of course it's not gone yet but you can see it going. I mean, it's unfortunate we all don't live in an age where it's gone but such is life. Our birth and death is hardly our choice. Even so, all anyone here is talking about is the United States. Racial hatred runs rampant in Africa and other parts of the world. That is what I mean when I say you don't know what racism is. Because a derogatory statement is nothing. How would you like to take beatings every day because of how you were born? That behavior is virutally gone in USA. Be thankful.
Regarding calling you Chinese when you are Japanese, or vice versa, that's not racism either. That's ignorance. Without education, racism can easily take hold again. Why don't you be an educator to the haters and explain the differences between Asian ethnicities when it comes up in your life? I dated an Asian girl once and let me tell you, even the Asians are racist to each other. She has a stereotype for Koreans, Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, etc. That's what I mean when I say it's life.
LOL, I mean in a thread in the South region there is a picture of me. A guy who is Indian I think called me a whity boy. Did I start a new thread? No. Who f'n cares? Not me!!!

I could care less about all the FN racist or ignorant- as you put it- cops out there, but if they are up in my face every time i'm going 2 miles over the speed limit, then it intrudes on my right to live a hassle-free life.
And technically, every person in this world intrudes on someone's "right" to live a hassle free life. That time you cut someone off (accidentally) or anything else. Life is not hassle free. There are no guarantees. Life is dealing with, not avoiding. It's going to happen, what are you going to do? Change the world if it means so much for it to happen today.
And regarding being in a position of power, what does that mean? That on the roads this guy can tell you what to do based on written law? So be it. Can this guy tell his wife what to do? Well, knowing my friend's marriages, the wife probably tells him what to do. Power is relative. Even policemen are just men with men's problems. We are all in the same boat.

bro nobody has it worse than the brothas. I am white with a shaved head and i have no problems. I thought i would have problems, but actually i dont. I have realized its also how u treat the officers as well. but then again u can just have a cop thats out for a certain type of person. remember they are just people and all rules apply to them as well. Have u ever met a bad person.

Hong Kong Evo you need to report him immediately to hopefully get his butt off the streets. He's a cop that definitely needs to be put in check.

Racisim is simply an unjustified set of attitudes given to a particular group based on a few basic schemas that the group members may or may not have...aka: Racism is stereotyping of people because of and by their race...just cuz one white guy has no idea what racist/racial profiling is, doesnt mean the rest dont
