Hi guys I had a few questions about the OEM Carbon Fiber Spoiler for the EVO. My friend says he got it from the dealer for $1800. What is the resale value for the spoiler, is there a market for it? Any info you can tell me about this spoiler would be good. It's brand new, never been mounted, painted silver on the sides. Here is a few pictures:

Yea I was going to sell it for him. I'll be honest, he told me he wanted $600, and whatever else I make on top I could keep. So your saying it will only go for $350? Damm thats cheap. Oh well.

Ive seen it sold on this site for about 450 (used, with low miles)

 

that is our stock one. just sanded down the the cf.

 

right up the @ss, i here the dealership only charges like 350-400 for them, if he paid 1800 that was pretty dumb. I would say he could get it sold for like 300, maybe 350 since the new ones are that price. I not exactly sure of the price of the CF OEM spoilers but i know for dam sure they arent 1800! So yeah he is going to lose alot of money, hope he can take it back.

 

Yep, a friend here got one for his Lancer OZ for 480 from the dealer, and that was back in early 04 when Evos were harder to find
