..is your midpipe section angled at the end or completely straight?

So I take it you had issues with the muffler being really close the the inner bumper?

 

why, Its not suppose to be straight?


I just assumed it was right

 

So did I, but all the pics of the exhaust I have seem on websites and advertisments in the threads show an angled midpipe section.

 

I have the Helix Catback and yes it is really close to the inner bumper. I think that most people with the exhaust run into this issue. You just have to cut part of the bumper or let it burn off. It might smell bad for like two or three weeks due to the bumpering burning/melting.

 

stright. pulled it more to the right and it fits perfect.

 

I have a 3" Helix downpipe and its making weird noises under my car? some people say its the K-member does anyone else have this problem

 

My DP is fine, clears with no rattles

 

How did you get it over to the right far enough w/o the midpipe section touching the gas tank heat shield? Plus mine will evenually wiggle its way back over to the left.

 

Straight. Play with where the catback meets the cat. Make sure it's on correctly. We have installed it on customers cars in the past, and have not had any issues. Great catback for the price...
