Please help with VON#

could someone out there help me with how I can find info using the VON# the dealer gave me today.....or does this mean nothing?

I think you mean vin, probably just a typo. What kind of info?

well from what i heard it costs about $15 for you to find info on the car. you have to go to this site and put it in. the only thing is that it only has info if the car has been in an accident that has been reported. you can try yahoo and search for sites.

No I mean VON it is a number allocated to the vehicle pre production pre delivery ect....I read someone elses post a few weeks ago concerning the VON# I know there is a dealer looking in that can help...or maybe Mitsubishi

The VON is a order number, and not something that means anything to the rest of the world. You won't get anywhere with it.

It should be VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) as far as I know...
