I used to have a Supra. There is no way to beat a modded Supra on the highway. From a roll they are destroyers. With just exhaust, intake, and a boost controller I had no problem beating vipers and z06's from a roll or a dig. The evolution has a chance in the 1/4 but not in the top end. once I upgraded the turbo in my supra the car would fly to 170mph before feeling hesitation.
