Same strange noise -please help.

It is a metallic sound (buzz)
Every time I turn – even a little input to the steering wheel it comes on.
It happens at different speeds.
Also when I decelerate I hear it. It comes on and off.
I hear it loud driving by highway concrete dividers, otherwise it seems
pretty quiet, but it is annoying.
Did anybody experience anything similar??
Drives me nuts
Thanks

Prolly not it - but, how do wheel bearings sound when they are worn?
Does it happen on Evo's?

Yours may be the fuel pump whining. Are you running a Walboro?

Wheel bearings tend to have a constant noise, if your noise is sporadic..ie on/off I highly doubt it's wheel bearings

Until last week I was running on down to the wear bars Bstones and the tires were getting quite noisy. I was getting an intermittent buzz buzz from somewhere toward the rear of the car. With new tires the noise is gone.
