Since they just came out, the 276HP '05 RS that is, has anyone duplicated Motor Trends 13.1 @ 102 1/4 mile times????

Someone should actually be quicker and faster than 13.1 @102. My 03' ran 13.18 @104.5.

 

WHOA...Bone Stock???

 

Yes, "Bone Stock", right down to the factory paper filter. I also pulled a best of 1.74 60ft. If I'm not mistaken, there is a few on this board that ran 12.9's and 13.0's completely stock. You might want to do a search. I believe my thread is still out there.

might be going to cecil county this coming sunday for opening day.i need to test the waters with my new 05 rs.this will be my first time at a track so i'm not expecting to hit 13.1 would be nice but we'll see.

i bet some ppl will hit 12.9-13.0.

 

with a great launch, perfect track conditions and a car that came with a little extra juice, i'm sure high 12's is not out of the realm of possibilities

 

I ran a 13.4 bone stock with a 2.0 sixty foot...i suck at launching.

I'd sure like to know before I shell out 25 LARGE on a NEW 05 EVO(RS)!!!!!

 

Why is this a factor?

 

Enter another future owner who is going to do nothing but complain about a weak clutch and fragile drivetrain...

 

for real guys a 12.9 to 13.1 is not what these cars are made for.
