WOW - front undertray OWNS!!!

Out drivin' yesterday... just toolin' along at typical highway speeds (faster than I should say), when I spot one of those large 'Taco Bell' cups wobblin' in my lane up ahead. Well, I wasn't able to avoid hitting it 'cause the the lane next to me was occupied, so this thought flashes though my mind: "geesh - it's only 1/20th of an ounce of cheap plastic and I can see it wobblin' in the wind, so it must be empty..."
So, of course I hit it dead nuts... BAM! WTF!?!

Look in the rearview mirror... see that cup has now become a cloud of white shrapnel, but no undertray parts going bye-bye. So just as I think "Wow - that was pretty damn loud just for a cup; lucky I didn't damage anything!" BRRRNNNNN!! Floor & dash start shaking like it's the end of the world, and car feels like it's trying to tear itself apart. Shut everything down & pull off the road - 1/2 hr later, can't find anything wrong, so start up & pull away - Cool! Everything's back to normal!

Get back up to speed: doin' good, nothing's come off... Give it a few more minutes before powering everything back up. When I turn the fan back on: BRRRNNNNN!! OH ****!!! - piece of that cup musta got sucked into the fan motor!

Later, I pull the fan motor - and find this in the 'Squirrel Cage'...

So, what you are saying is that you found some pics on the internet of a hamster in a fan motor and decided to post a bull**** story about those pictures on our forums.

Does that about cover it?

Nah - that's the blower motor for the heating / AC system (located behind the glovebox, just above where the passenger's feet go...)

Spent half the day today pulling the undertray off and checking the ventilation system's air inlets & dash ducts. Found a few more 'bits & pieces' on the undertray's center scoop, but no damage to anything (Man, did I look!!) Only thing I can figure is that the field mouse was inside that cup, and the undertray's rear scoop musta sucked him in. (Ram-air ventilation system?)

The undertray really must generate a partial vacuum for downforce like says!
