I'm so happy right now. I'm a computer tech and I built a PC for my Evo and I was going crazy because I hated our radio and heating control console. There is alot of modifications that need to be done before you can even think about mounting a 7 inch display for my GPS, MP3 and simply computer screen. And now I see this and it's just perfect.

Does anyone know where I can buy these parts. I know they are in Japan but if they are already selling the car do you think I can get them imported?

The JDM Evo VIII also had that double din dash with the climate control below. Not new for the IX. Contact Gruppe-S, Vivid Racing, or Bulletproof Automotive to see if they can ship it from japan, or maybe even europe.

So let me understand.. the knobs on the Evo 8 are mechanically connected to the vents? or why exactly is the conversion not possible.
