AAA saves the day

I was driving home from work today with a little rain on the road and my car felt really unstable. the streering wheel would shake and i was hydroplaning going about 45 mph! i pulled over and when i got out, all that i could hear was the hiss of death coming from the front tire...It deflated completely in about 3 min....i was glad i stopped, any further i probly would have damaged the rim. So a called AAA and they were there in about 35 min, towed me to my work, and all for free (well, besides the cost of membership). i had a new set of front tires and all was good. It was a relief because i hate driving with a spare, it makes me feel like im in my lancer, unconfident and uninspiring to drive. So, this being the first time i used my card, i can say that they are awesome, and i HIGHLY recommend having a membership, its only 45$ a year and you never know when you might need it or when you might get stuck.

just thought i'd share this and hopefully some of you will get a membership because the winters been really bad and it doesnt seem to be letting up!, all you from MA, know what i mean right now... ICE HURRICANE

Did they provide you with the new tires or did you have to buy them?

not really, i could have waited for like three hours for them, and had people that wouldn't tow to where you wanted (just closest shop), then i would've said they suck.

yeah but when the shop closes and the techs leave, theres nobody there to work on it and they'll leave it in the lot, and they might not always lock it...Some techs could really give two ***** about customer cars, so be careful with that.
