WRX:
Pro's
-Much Cheaper, im expecting to pay $21,800 before taxes ect.
-Decent Power
-Subaru's reliability, only 8/100 cars that have problems (http://money.cnn.com/2005/03/04/pf/a...ex.htm?cnn=yes)

Con's
-Weaker than EVO
-Trannies break if you launch it too much


EVO:
Pro's
-Much more powerful (more fun IMO)
-Awesome looks

Con's
-Much more expensive
-Cost of the acutal car
-Insurance
-Gas
-Many problems (most covered under warrenty apparently)


Basically the thing that is keeping me back from gettin an EVO over a WRX is that people i've asked seem to have problems with the transmission and clutch ect. and i dont' want to spend more time at the dealership getting stuff fixed than on the road having fun.

the WRX may seem like a better first car but if i can i'd take the EVO ASAP cause im not going to be able to get an EVO for a while if i get the WRX now.
