Bought my 05 GSR brand new. 5.9% interest. 499.99 for 60 months. Insurance is 150 a month usaa.

Well, duh, if we had that much cash to pay for the car outright, we would. What's wrong with paying 560/month if you can afford it but don't have tons of cash lying around? I pay a lot more per month on my GX470 than my MR...560 is nothin'.

If you have a bad record, then there's no way you pay $67/month on full coverage. I have a pristine record with no accidents or tickets, married, multi-car discount, over 25, and the best auto insurance company in the nation (USAA), yet I pay about $75/month, which I consider very low. You can't have a bad driving record and get coverage for less.

About the clutch... 33k miles on the stock one and no problems so far. I drive like a maniac but dont drag it or launch too much. I try to save it for when i need it.
