Exclamation ~alright damn it, SSautochrome final~

ok, i'm getting little irritated.

I really think SSautochrome looks hella nice and the price is just about the cheapest you could get for evo. For gods sake, the damn vortex generator costs more than this exhaust system.

anyway, i'm trying to finalize this issue here.

So are they good or not?

I like their manifold, and exhaust. I mean, they're all just bunch of pipes, and i don't really care if they're pink purple rainbow color, they all turn into black dirt mush anyway.

but are they built well and is it the bargain of EVo, like Megans?

Also, Megans, heard some good things, they're cheap and etc.

what's the deal with these 2 companies, asides from megan copied the hell out Mugen parts when they started and now they're making a lot of application other than honda stuff.

feedback will be greatly appreciated from people with their stuff.

pros and cons.

hai dude................why don't you buy a use DNP manifold, i hear it's a lot a way better.
the money is about the same price with SSautochrome or you can go with megan racing.
but.................that's just my opinion.

well, i don't care for both of their manifold. there's no way i'm getting those manifolds.

I'm getting the buschur made equal length, ram horn manifold. that's the only one i want.

anyway, i'm just trying to figure this out.

I'm gonna call them tomorrow.

No cracks on mine and I am running the exact same tune that I hit 375 wheel HP on pump gas using the EVO VI TME turbo every day of the week. I have been using the manifold and O2 housing for almost a year now with no problems.

i think for the stock turbo... or stock turbo like applications you can't really go wrong with this thing. you can't really go wrong wtih anything acutally, the jic, borla and this one as well as the dnp have almost identical designs, just the tubing curves differently.

keep in mind ss copied hks this time. and what the heck is up with these companies knocking off hks? helix... all their **** is hks knockoff.

I think you are looking for RnR's manifold if you want the ram horn design equal length. Just pm them and Ryan will hook you up.

Manifold

Borla and D.C. Sports make a pretty good tubular manifolds. I love the stainless manifolds, but hate that they change to a brown burnt look after time. Eitherway good luck with your choice

I've had mine on for about 8000 miles and no problems. With a lifetime warranty against cracking it's hard to beat.
