I just like the expandability and tuneability of my xede. I ALMOST got a flash, but didn't for the simple fact that i like to swap things around, and MOD MOD MOD. all the downtime from sending your ECU off over and over for a off the shelf tune would get soo old.

As far as installing parts I can agree that mistakes have been made in the past. However,that has nothing to do with tuning and Shiv has rectified that problem recently. He can tune IMO but installs is not his expertise.

Al likes to put on an A-hole persona but he can be alright. He has improved as a tuner lately but has he closed the gap is what I really do not know. I say if you go custom tune on a dyno or street both are capable of making your car significantly faster.
