Hey, speaking of Orlando, does anyone know a reputable non-sleezeball no-BS dealer to purchase one of these fantastic '05 Evolutions?

Yeah the differences between the EVO and STi are very slight, in fact I do think that stock for stock the 05s are quicker than the STis. The 03's and 04's were really close to the STi, so close that in most cases it's a driver race. Although I must admit on the average a well driven stock STi is a low 13 second car and they do trap at around 102-103MPH on good tracks, while in most cases the 03's and 04's EVO were running low to mid 13s at around 100-102MPH on good tracks. Of course you have the few that run faster, but this also the case for the STi, so on the average the STi was alittle quicker than the 03' and 04' EVOs when driven correctly. Just that so many STi's are driven badly in my opinion, does anybody remember the 1st EVO vs. STi Challenge. Don't get me wrong, the EVOs were the quicker cars that day, but the STi owners sure didn't help themselves with some **** a** poor driving. Still the STi is rated 300HP and the 03' and 04' are rated at 271HP, we all know that the 03' and 04' made more like 290HP, and that's why the gap between the two cars was so small. As far as the 05's, I believe they are quicker than the STi's and the MR is both quicker from a dig and roll (due to the gearing of the 6-Speed)
