testpipe will throw a cell (unless you install a workaround)...louder, smellier, can get you in trouble with the cops...will make you fail emissions tests...on the upside its 7-9 whp...

all depends on if you want to risk it or not...

so it will be smellier? yeah what happens if cops catch u? and how will they know? Secondly how can they test our cars for emissions if the centers dont have 4 wheel dynos cus from they just looked at my car and it was all gud.

put on the test pipe. You'll be fine I have yet to hear of anyone going to jail for a test pipe. Pluse the one from Ultimate racing is garunteed not to throw a CEL. I've had mine for like a year and no CEL.

I have the CEL fix with the 18mm non-foulers. I'll just put my cat back in for emmissions test.

The test pipe wil yield the best gains. As for the smell everyone keeps talking about, I have never had a foul odor after 4K miles. It is louder but not ricey. It sounds very good especially at WOT. I run the Perrin CEL eliminator which works very nicely and is concealed very nicely.
