If the certificate does work, give him his money back and sell it to someone else. I am sure you wouldn't have a problem since it works right and its such a deal. Sell it to someone local so that you can show them how to use it.

I think he should be given one last chance to make right on this and if he doesn't then he gets banned. Anybody agree with this? Moderators? Administrators?

 

He already had his chance to make things right and came off like a total a-hole accepting no responsibility for his actions. BAN his a$$.

thanks for the support guys, see what i mean, this guy came off as the most courteous seller prior to sell, once the moneys sent to him, he flips and becomes a totally diff person. if u wanna help even more, PM the guy to hell and if he doesnt come through, i dont see why admins have a reason not to ban him, u can clearly see what kinda person he is when he came into this thread..

 

Let me get this straight, paypal wont refund your money because you received the item? But what if someone sold fake stuff on ebay and the person received it, would paypal do somethin about it?
