This is the 1st PM I sent to Rally Red Bmore and his response to it.

If you go there you will notice that the shipping charges are outragous for the actual size and price of the products and thats how they make their money. The product doesn't cost that much and they charge a butt load for shipping and still make money off the deal.

DO THE RIGHT THING AND GIVE HIM BACK HIS MONEY AND KEEP A GOOD SELLERS RATING.

^^^He's pretty much saying "yeah, I know any random # would work, but I felt the need to make $180 bucks off of him. His loss and my gain."<<<<Does this sound fair to you?

like he said, he cant get into the site typing in the number, but yet everyone can get in by typing in a bunch of random numbers? yea, who is he trying to kid?

and paypal did rule on my side, because i sent what i said i was going to send, and he acknowledge this through paypal. thus paypal can not do anything. also funny as he says he paid through his credit card, but again, i have the proof that this is false. i had to wait the entire weekend for him to put money into his bank account. he did a bank account/paypal transfer.

if he was going to pay by credit card, there would have been no need for me to wait till monday night for him to transfer the money.

im not saying that hes a bad person, nor am i saying im an angel. <<<This is the truth. but im not going to defend myself on a thread on the internet for a couple reasons. 1. its not really worth my time. i have a job, family, bills, GF, etc. 2. ITS THE INTERNET. so my name will be run into the ground on the net, honestly, i dont care. ill never meet half u people, and the people who ive already met know im kool, and a down to earth person, and im more then willing to help out anyone who needs it. 3. no matter what i say in that thread, no one will give me a chance (like this letter probably wont even be read fully), to explain as i have to u. people already have thier opinions off of just one side of the story, and i dont feel like launching an all out thing to try to change it. i dont change for anyone, especially not people behind monitors that are all big and bad behind them, but wont do **** outside them ya know?. <<<<So your saying that since this is over the net, he won't be able to do shat about it.

theres probably some more reasons, but its 1 am, and i just got back from babysitting my little bro and sister, and i have a huge ****ing migrane(sp?).

now before u sit there and call me a shallow bastard, think about what i said up top.

if any of this is confusing u are more then welcome to contact me again, as like i said, im tired as hell and my head hurts. so, nice chatting with u, hope u reply back, and hope this answered some of ur questions

The dealerships only hand them out because they want US the public or person's test driving a vehicle to think they are getting something for nothing, but in actually your not. It wouldn't matter if it was a $5,000 certificate, because the web site has their shipping prices jacked WAY UP to cover the cost of the goods they sell. I was a shipping/receiving supervisor at my old company and I can tell you it cost 1/4 what they are charging to ship their garbage. If you can't see that selling someone a FREE certificate for $180 is a shady business deal, then A. your either not the brightest bulb in the bunch or B. you know it is shady and planned on scamming someone no matter who it was. Like I said before, do the right thing and give him back his money. Did you explain to him that you got the certificate for FREE from the dealership? No. You just said you had a $1000 certificate that you WON, but you didn't win it because they hand them out for FREE.

My last PM to Rally_Red_Bmore.

This may look different in your eyes, but take a look at all the people who say your wrong. If you don't give him back his money it just makes you look bad, but you enjoy that $180 because it sounds like your helpless and need it more than him. I hope your *** gets banned and one day someone gets the better of you like you did over a fellow evom member.

tell them you were frauded. (which you were) you were sold something that had no retail value, but were led to believe it had a market value of 1000.00. it's basically like he sold you a cereal coupon for 100.00. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD
