Ok...heres the deal...me and EvoKing8 were having a lil discussion today, and decided that we wanted to have a meet....a fairly big one at that. So i can across the idea of renting out beaver run motorsports facility in pittsburgh PA...Before i go any further i need to get names and number of people that will be interested, so we can find out the most possible way to be cost effective.....anyone is welcome...but i need to get numbers to call them with so we can find out pricing...and also reccomendations on which track. If anyone wants to see the layout of the tracks(for those who have never seen or heard of the place) go to http://www.beaverun.com/track.asp and check it out. Any ideas are welcome, and also let us know if you think this is a good idea/bad idea. So please, give some feedback...and nothing negative..lol

these bigger meets are a hassle to put on. i did one in oregon about a month ago that had about 55 cars, including 20 or so evo's. while the track idea may help you for keeping organized just belive me that it is more work than you think, and you will take all sorts of crap about route chosen, weather, speeds attained and everything else you can imagine. in the NW region read the feb 13th we ride thread to get an idea. it was cool as hell, but you cant make all the people happy when you have that many cars together. if you need some more info about what i am talking about PM me.

 

I know its gonna be a pain...but i think it will work out good, becuase we will all be confined to one area...gets some cars on the track, show off your cars...lil music, food....all the good stuff..i know its gonna be a pain, i used to work for a event staffing company, and i know there is alot of work involved..but all in all i think it will be worth it
