Is that AFE filter able to be washed and re-used?

 

Yes it is like a K&N. Same thing.

 

I was searching around on google and a few sites, I wasn't able to find a specific filter for the EVO or anything like that. Which dimensions does this filter have to be because I was looking at the universal filters and came up with certain dimensions. Could you maybe provide me with a more accurate link

Is it any more restrictive than the HKS filter? I've got the HKS RS intake so I don't really need to measure anything, you said its about $45 correct?

 

I just made 352 AWHP on a Mustang dyno with 3 gallons of 89 octane mixed with 93 through this filter with minimal other mods. It provides more than enough airflow. The important thing is that it offers WAY WAY better protection than the foam crap in the HKS RS. That's why I bought it.
