I went to the track today but...
I launched at around 6000 rpm i got the exedy twin plate with 3k miles on it
**** started slipping in every gear i trapped a crappy 110 and my quarter mile was 13.4 slippin every gear then i get my time slip park my car and THENNNN I come back start my car and cant put it into ANY GEAR i mean any GEAR the car was cool and still couldnt put it into any gear... after two hours of ****in around everyone was lookin at my car I put it into second start the car and start drivin home all the sudden all the gears work but the shiffting fells very strange and hard at points ANY IDEA what that might be ???? please HELP

Go back to wherever you had the clutch installed at, buy another clutch, and see if they'll cut you a deal for a second install.

clutch's normally have warranty's on it. My SACH for my gti had a 2 year warrenty and it started slippin after 2 years they replaced it and put it in for free. Maybe try resurface your flywheel. O also it could have some film on it from launching it so hard, drive it around for another 1 or 2 days (slowly) problem doesnt go away try gettin it done under warranty (the clutchs warranty). Did you remove the stock pill from the clutch line? If not, then any clutch will slip upon launching the car because the pill limits how fast the clutch can be released. The first time my stock clutch slipped at the track I did some research, learned about the pill, removed it and have had no trouble since. My car is two years old, raced often and still on the stock clutch.
HMM thank you soo much guys for all the Helpful hits imma try everything tomorrow once i wake up.. I drove the car around and in every gear the clutch feels like it did before STRONG and does not want to slip... MY main concern is that the GEARS feel very very weird sometimes it feels like something is broken when i try shifting into a gear feels like its not in its RIGH TPLACE
BTW i do have those bushings i did lube them up i originally thought that might of been it imma take everything out tomorrow morning back track every step i took and see what it might be and i will be takin the car to Turbotrixx tomorrow hopefully they can help..

Kuba - just speculation - but sometimes the center release bearing can pop out if the transmission is not properly re-installed after a clutch job and there i sany dirt or grease on the mouting surfaces causing misalignment. The bearing may have snapped back in. I would get it checked out.
Thanx Al i am going back to turbotrix to see what went wrong we sorta thought it was either the clutch or the bearing it definetelly feels weird.. My only question is how come the clutch was slipping in every gear ?? and then when i was drivin home it felt normal..
