I hate to have to post this here to try and get a resolution, but it seems to be my last resort w/o having to take legal action. I drove my cylinder head down to him as he is a 4 hour drive south of me on the weekend of March 4, 2005. When I talked to him on that Friday he mentioned that it would be done in 2 weeks. On the following Saturday when I dropped it off I told him I would be coming back thru Oklahoma on my way to the Supra/Viper meet in Texas the weekend of March 11, 2005, and he mentioned it would probably be done on the following Wednesday March 9, 2005 if I wanted to pick it up. I didn't make it to Texas and I didn't contact BJ's, nor did he contact, me that it would be ready that Wednesday.

The last time I talked to him, and the only time since he has had my cylinder head, was last Thursday March 24, 2005 to promise me AGAIN that it would be done that Friday or Saturday the 25th or 26th of March. It is now March 31, 2005 and his phone has been disconnected and the person that replies to his e-mails does not work for BJ, all he does is host his website. BJ's has my cylinder head with all hardware, HKS 272 cams, Fidanza Cam gears, and $1300 as a 50% deposit for the work he was to perform.

If anybody on here is local to him, knows him personally, or that could help me out in any way, I would really apprectiate it.

I hate to make light of the situation but I couldn't help but laugh at BJ's head service

I already have a post on DSMTuners.com spread the word. I have contacted quite a few people in regards to this over the last few weeks. I live a little over a 4 hour drive from him, and if it isn't resolved shorly I will be taking vacation time to resolve this.

 

Oh a trip is in the near future, but taking vacation time to track him down does not sit well. Let alone the situation he has already put me in.

 

BTW, when I dropped my head off I no doubt had yours or Quantum's Intake Manifolds in my hand. I helped the guy carry 10 Evo Manifolds into his shop after he returned from the laser etching shop.

Is the name of the business really BJ's Head service? That right there would make a little apprehensive of the whole deal.

then i read the thread and realized what you guys were REALLY talking about and calmed down sorry dont mean to make fun just trying to alleviate your moods about this guy. realy sucks about whats going on though, is there a better business agency near you guys? might be another route for you guys to try. good luck with the perdicament keep us posted
