Rarely does a vendor actually exceed my expectations...

A friend recommended Adam @ Z1 Performance as a 5Zigen dealer for some FN01RC's. His price was cheaper than some I'd seen, so I called and placed an order for some Matte Black 17x9's. These, as well as Bronze I was told were in stock. If ordered that day, I would have them for an autox this weekend (with standard Ground shipping).

I get a funny tracking number from Adam and email him on a saturday morning no less. It turns out 5Zigen had an inventory problem and didn't actually have any Matte Black wheels! Doh! We switch the order to Bronze (which I liked also). Now shipping would be pushed back and I am SOL.

Not the case. Adam had the wheels sent 2nd Day Air so that I would receive the order on time (at no extra charge to me!). Now they show up and one is dented. No problem, a replacement is sent out the same day.

Bottom line, I got my order on time as promised and I am a very happy customer. Adam is a pleasure to deal with on the phone and sent plenty of emails to keep me informed.

FWIW, I don't know him personally and this was the first time I have ever dealt with him or Z1.

Yeah... they have great customer sevice, and very fast shipping. You can not go wrong with Z1.

 

Psch Z1 and Adam are a bunch of bums.... Ok maybe not... Lol Adam is the man, dealt with him for over 8 or so thousand dollars and have never once been dissapointed or screwed out of a product. Always gets me the best deals possible, and deals with me when I swamp him with problems and questions.

Anyone looks for a huge variety of parts and possibly one of the best customer service places I have ever dealt with give him a call...

Ditto, once they shipped the wrong item and I did not find that out until several months later. No problem Z1 said and they shipped immediately before I had shipped the part back and what'smore they upgraded the item! How may vendors do that?
