I just baught this emblem off ebay. Its a JDM Accord SiR-T emblem in red. After carefully examaning the MR badge I come to find out the R's on both emblems are almost identical. So I figure I'm going to cut the R and S out of the badge and it will look amzing with the black Evo VIII badge across the back. Your opinions would be great. Thanks

isn't there a JDM RS badge?, i'm pretty sure i've seen one before.

 

Sounds ridiculous to me. I've wasted many hours making fun of stupid ricers putting letters on their car that don't belong, but I've never noticed one where letters were cut out and re-arranged. I guess the difference here is that your car is actually fast as hell, regardless of the badging, but I still don't get the infatuation with fake badging. Just my opinion, of course...

 

Well since they dont make an Rs badge I figured I would look for a JDM badge with R and S that looked close. I personally like the way the RED MR badge stands out on the MR. I don't have an MR so I wanted to make an RS that looks the same lettering and the SIR is almost exact. I'm goo at making things look professional so I will make sure It looks right after I make it. Do you think it would look better next to the evo VIII emblem like the mr or in the bottum lower right corner?

I dont understand why peaple don't think it would look good. Everyone like the new UK MR badge. This will look the same except say RS.

 

The difference is the UK evo badges are just that....evo badging. You're going to hack up a honda badge and use it on your evo. Personally I think it's inventive, but the resident car ****'s will probably call you a ricer.
