Warrtalon, I'm assuming you take care of the money in your household.

How much do you spend on food, random crap for your wife, a house (which are laughably expensive in NoVA/DC), another car for your wife, insurance, homeowners insurance, random crap for your car, gifts, crap for keeping up social contacts, etc.? You'll see that you spend more on stuff you don't need (not car related) then on stuff you do need (stuff for your Evo).

Exactly,
If a 17 yearold had to pay for his/her rent, food, cell phone, any other bills, and ALSO pay for an Evo. I would kiss thier *** all up and down. Yes now that would be someting. But the younger people who are doing it, like I will be too. Don'
t have much else to spend the money on. If It ends up I will be using up to less then 200 dollars left a month I probably won't do it. But as i've estimated i'll still have 400-500 left over a month.

im 18, and lets just say its nice to have friends

and i have more than $200 left over every month after payments, gas, mods, AND maintenance (no warranty), and food, and bills.

no i am not rich or spoiled by my parents. i just try to budget best to my ability. i also dont beat on my evo as i am very paranoid about breaking my car. i think theres too much stereotyping about young drivers nowadays. Yes theres TONS of idiots out there, but there are those who know how to drive maturely. I do have road rage though. i've had cases where i scare tha crap outta people 2x my age

It really is who you know, not what you know. I'm not going to comment on how you got all those cars. Are you by any chance related to any foreign dignitaries who are prone to kidnapping attempts?

I'm sorry, bud, but after reading your post you are stereotypical. While you don't beat on your car because you're afraid of breaking it, I'm afraid of beating on my car because I fear death, and how it would make all the work I have done in my life worthless. That is the main problem with delayed gratification, there is no delayed gratification insurance.

Yeah for me the best price they gave me was like 1500 every 6 months! But in the end we put the car under my father as the main driver so its like around a 1000+ a year. Umbrella policy baby!

Can you put it under your parents if you're over 18?

ok first off, the Skyline isnt mine, im not gonna mention whose it is again. The Supra is sold. My religion forbids me to fear death (this is a whole different issue), you can stereotype me in whatever way u want, but when im driving down the road and i see a couple 20yr olds acting retarded in their civic HBs, i feel a lot better about who i am.

OK. You are indeed Asian (or some white yuppie who thinks Buddhism is cool). I harbor no ill will, my post was actually mostly jovial. You can't transfer sarcasm through the interweb.

Yeah but you still need to be under the family plan or what not to let this work.
