I admit the RX-7 will be cheaper to mod, and may well be faster then the NSX. But the NSX has much more class and is very well engineered. I guess my only reserve with it is the aluminum body...ordinary body shops can't fix aluminum cars after collision

if i do get the nsx i probably won't do too many mods. im not really looking for a car to track since i already have the evo. ill probably build up the evo as a track car but the reason i want the fd is because i've heard so many good things about it when it comes to its performance. the nsx i want it because it has the class and i won't have to deal with the headaches. i know if i get the fd i would want to mod the hell out of it so i would need alot of money for that. the nsx i can just get a nice looking kit, rims and some basic mods. i guess it really depends on what i want the car for. track or street. fd for track or nsx for street. seems like its a good 50/50 ratio for us evo guys huh. i thought that more people would lean towards the fd.

www.to4r.com <<< Heavy car yes, but a grand on a good suspension setup and you're in. The Rx-7 might scare your friends, but if they hear the sound of an inline 6 on a T88 pushing 900 horsepower (can even do that on stock internals, look at mike carlin) w/ some race gas.... The supra is a heavy car but even stock it handles well. If you're looking to mod then you can make it a very good handling car and a very very powerful car that'll run for 150k miles.

A very unique, very powerful, very well respected sportscar with the capabilities to tear up a hyabusa and get 25mpg to go get your groceries... but not as many items as you can carry in your evo. Rx-7 is nice but Supra vs. Rx-7 in terms of reliability and power... just saying you should check it out. Read what people say on that site.

it is overpriced. You are paying for the image of driving an NSX...consider as the Japanese Ferrari.

However, you must consider the NSX as a completely rebuilt car by Honda. I believe most of the parts are handmade with attention to detail. The R&D that went into the the aero and engine were massive in which the car has almost no major part commonality with other Hondas.

All in all, Honda wants you to think you were driving a custom built sports car.
