HP Estimate...?

Hello,

In your opinion, how much power do you think this setup will put to the wheels?

Buschur Racing 2.5" Downpipe
Apex'i Power Intake
Upper intercooler pipe w/ stock wastegate
Mail-in Dynoflash

I think this will put me short of my planned 300whp, but I can always add more later.
EDIT: 300whp is my goal for the car, NOT what I'm expecting with the mods listed above...
I'm basically looking for an increase in power, and sound.

thanks

I think a dynojet is your only hope of getting 300WHP for those mods.

I don't see how you call it junk.
The downpipe is part of the BR Stage 1 kit, the Intake has been lots of members' favorite, an upper intercooler pipe can only help promote flow, and the Dynoflash is damn near tuning gold.

I'm not planning on 300 with those mods....300whp is just my eventual goal...

Now for a helpful response lol...I think you will be waaay short of 300whp with those mods. This is what you should do. Get a turboback exhaust to free up as much flow as possible. Go with 3" all the way back. The stock airbox flows perfectly fine for the stock turbo, so i'd leave that be and save some cash. Just look at Vishnu's cars and you'll see a stock airbox under the hood of a nearly 500 whp car. Ditch the upper IC pipe, I doubt you'll see almost any gains on a dyno. Finally, you can go with a mail in dynoflash but i'd go with a company with a bit more experience...Stick to Vishnu. I may sound a bit biased, but Mitsubishi doesnt give 2 free evos to just any company to tune. Exhaust and flash should bring you to 300whp for sure, i have the mods listed below and i dynoed at 328whp/311 wtq

Add a 3" catback and you'll be somewhat closer............this would be similar to the Buschur Racing "BR330" sold through Medina Mitsubishi which boasts around 40 hp more than stock.

I'm considering similar mods for a target 340-350 crank hp, which I reckon will only be around 260-270 whp on a Mustang dyno.
