Quick question folks. A used 03 EVO is currently up for sale for anywhere from 22k to 25k...when the EVO IX begins sales, one would think the prices for used 8's would go down. Anyone care to estimate how much? Also when is the IX going on the market?

 

maybe to 18-20k i really don't see the evo8's going down that low when the 9 gets here

 

that would be the lowest imo. i would say more like low 20's maybe 22k

 

I don't think it will affect it much at all.

 

The Evo is still too popular, not going to change prices that much, maybe lower 1k if that.

I might actually looking to buy a new VIII when the IX comes out. I believe the 05 VIII is pretty locked on.. untill the IX and the new mivec engine have at least been out for a year i wouldnt want one. I might be looking to trade my 03 for a 2005 evo RS next year.
