For those who doubted warranty...

a while back i asked if mitsu would fix my 4th and 2nd gear syncros with my mods:
SS clutch line
ACT HDSS Clutch
ES in car bushings
Short shifter
adjusted pedal play
AND a transmission leak...

went in yesterday, called them back today and they talked to Mitsu Tech line and they said they dont know why my 4th gear occasionally grinds but not all the time so they said ask their district manager (which is a friend's friend's dad. yes, friends friend, no typo) and they decided to fix my syncro and in the process, theyre gonna re-seal my TC/Tranny. For those who are wondering what dealership is doing this job, its Fresno Mitsubishi. Same guy i got pissed at last time did the calling for me. The workers over there claim he had a bad day. I guess...well as long as the job gets done im happy with Mitsu....for now. Its gonna take 4 days, not bad.

It seems that you can catch more flies with honey than with vinegar.

What I'd like to know is if the friend called the friend who called the dad. Which is just fine in my book, but what if you walked in off the street with those mods?

u never know, im just assuming that cuz my friend knows the owners' son and he said he'd put a word in for me but he didnt seem serious, Fresno mitsu is really mod-friendly though, they didnt even care that i had a SS clutch line, act hdss and even a tranny leak and even a piece of tranny is cracked, small crack on the ear.

it doesn't matter if you have a tank engine in your evo, those are TSB, it'll be fixed regardless of dealership under warranty.
