no Bov will work better VTA unless you have some sort of engine management

A reflash might help to get more power, but there again it might not......... I have also seen cars not get helped by flashes. Actually, I've personally had a custom tuned flash which did not improve the power in my car in any measurable way.......

A custom tuned reflash might do wonders for some of his mods..... I will not help with the VTA BOV though... On the other hand, a mail flash his not likely to help his mods at all and might actually cause him problems..... It's a crap shoot, a toss of the dice. No way to know for sure that his particular car will respond well to any mail order flash, specially with modifications.... The only way to make sure is to have a custom tune reflash done, and even then there is no guarantee that it will work as expected. I've seen too many times the hype and BS associated with these types of things and I've personally spent lots of money and time just to get some half-assed debatable benefits and a bunch of excuses like "your car doesn't like timing" or "you got bad gasoline" etc. etc. Of course, your mileage might vary, etc.

peace out

You should've paid some more for a tune. Like everyone else said, tuning is the key, you just can't slap parts on and expect it to be ok.
