I wasn't making any sort of comparison other then the fact that there are bigger stories in the news other then Mitsu lower sales. When they were selling 300K+ almost half were zero profit fleet sales. Now, they are at around 130-140K per year, mostly retail. The goal is to get fleet down to around 8% of total retail sales. So if you compare retail numbers to retail numbers, things have been imporving a little by little each month, which is good. That is all I'm getting at. The press only reports on total sales only which is misleading, but they only want to focus on gloom and doom like most everyone around here. The stae of the company doesn't have anything to do with people not getting warranty work done on modded Evos, Fuso trucks, or anything going on in Japan. All the news you see here is about MMNA, if they talk about Japanese sales and MMC it will be specifically spelled out.

That is understandable, but it has nothing to do with MMNA. I work for a Honda dealer, and I've seen plenty of hacks and butchers who work on Hondas, even though American Honda does an excellent job of caring for their customers. It's all a matter of finding a good dealer technician.
