The Buschur and Nisei are high density cores. Turbo XS isn't, I'm pretty sure.

I got my turbo XS from rallysportdirect. Is it better but it's bigger than both of em. that's not always a good thing, but it works great on my car though

I would like to buy the AMS one but it's just to much money to spend on their front mount and LIC pipe.

AMS. I didn't think the LIC is required ... should mount up to stock piping - then save up for the LIC later

Just for the record I measured my Ultimate Racing this evening:

3.5" thick, 12" tall, 26" wide at the widest point (including end tanks) but the core seems to be about 17" wide (big end tanks!) These measurements are with the thing installed so...they could be a hair off...

The stock one looks to be 2.75" thick, 25" at the widest point (including end tanks) but the core seems to be 19.25" wide...

Cheers

shouldnt it be measured by the core dimensions since the end tanks really dont do any cooling? the nisei for the price of $695 really cant be beat. their site is what sold me on their IC

My thoughts.....keep the stock IC and get a chemical intercooling solution.
