I was just wondering if there is anywhere to find and Evo 8 owners manual online?

Are you asking about owner's manuals like the highly non-technical booklet that you receive when you purchase the car? I don't think I've ever seen that online. There's truly not very much useful information in that thing anyway. The shop manuals are probably readily available if you search a bit. I know I've seen some PDFs and such online a while ago...
