"My Experience" with Edgeracing.

I just wanted to share this horrible experience with edge racing. All I wanted was a set of tires. I ordered them last tuesday from a guy and he said that they would ship from them when they got them the next day on Wednesday. I was told to expect a confirmation and tracking number in 24-48 hours. Well, as of today no tracking number. I called them last friday and no one replied to my phone message.

I called them today and they said we dont have them in stock and wont have them for another 4-5 days. "why wasnt I contact , I asked?" well, that isnt my department. they said it was an inventory stock error.

anyways long story short. no aplogies for already billing my CC, no apologies for computer inventory stock error, no aplogies for attitude i got on the phone for wanting a refund. Nothing. All I want is some good cutomer service and someone to tell me the truth about stock on hand and not trying to just make a sale.

Well, sorry for the rant, but i just wanted to share and make sure when ordering from out of state, make sure they can at least give you a ballpark of when shipment will arrive and if in fact, they even have it in stock.

In my opinion EDGE RACING SUCKS!!!!!!!

wow that sucks when i ordered my tires from them i recieved them 2 days earlier than i expected. it's not always their fault. they use DHL for shipping which i wouldn't trust because their tracking system is worse that the USPS.
but it is kinda bad how they didnt express any way of trying to make it up to you with their CS. it has usually been good when i have talked with them. maybe your message was recieved by somebody having a really sh1tty day. hope you get your tires soon

Yeah I understand how shipping can get screwed up. They told me they would have them in stock the next day and would ship out that day as well, and they didnt really expect the tires for another week and a half, then it is another 5-7 days to get them shipped to me. I cancelled my order and will have them by this friday from another vendor(fingerscrossed).

Yeah they didnt even offer any apology, just "Well, do you want the order or not".

oh well, lesson learned!!!
