You can goto the dollar store and purchase a typical coach's whistle for real cheap... and zip-tie it onto the openning of your type-s and then put the re-circ hose on it. You'll get a pretty loud whistle and it shouldn't stall too much.

you will need to back it out some, if that doesn't work, the single spring mod will get rid of the flutter.
alright maybe you should get it vented to atmosphere more pressure better the sound.. buschur offers special parts for doing that if you live in ohio take a drive there or order it... im sure that would fix ure problem, but maybe you can call them and see what they say...
i think if you what it louder you might need to replace your DV with a Turbosmart or APS DV/BOV.....
