Another unhappy Rnr customer
jkim, Dude, you've gotta point. But there are always balances to an equation....just throwing my .02 cents in doesn't make the situation any better or anyone right or wrong. For me, I just jumped in to express how concerned I am about flamers who persist to do so, non stop.

Alright, since I got home from work this thread seemed like it exploded. Woosh thanks for your input, almog with everyone else. In the past i did read the Rnr threads before I bought anything from them, but it seems with everyone that has recieved their product, except for the exhaust seems to put out a top notch product. I could have went woth an AMS IC, but it looks just like the stock one. I did receive a PM from Ryan stating that if it did not ship out that it will be overnighted. Almost case closed.
The real question now is will I ever purchase something from Rnr again? Maybe.
I have faith in Rnr, and I hope they do succeed. Hell, if you need another person to help out in the shop, I'll be more than willing to move out of the ****hole state of WI, pssst I can weld aluminum, SS, etc like no tomorrow. I hope there is no bad blood between myself and Ryan and the people at Rnr.

I think RNR needs to fess up and be honest about things. According to my own situation with RNR, and after reading MANY situations with other people and RNR. It seems as if RNR should just be honest and tell you when they REALISTICALLY expect to have your stuff finished by, and when they will REALISTICALLY ship it. And not just keep pushing things off by saying stuff like "it will be shipped tomorrow" when it really won't. When i ordered my turbo back over the phone with them over a month ago, i was told it would take no longer than 3 weeks to make, and then a week to ship out. So it would be 4 weeks right? It's been 7 now.

We have hoenstly been overwelmed with orders. We have hired a couple more guys in order to get to the phones calls and deliver the products in a timely manner. I am truly sorry for anyone who has had to endure a wait for products to be built. We are working to get back on track and handle the demand properly. I am willing to bend over backwards for any of our customers and do what it takes. Please if you have a question or anything at all don't hesitate to give me or Raymond a call. Thanks Ryan

Well it is now 5 weeks later and I finally recieved my tracking number and was told that it was a 3-day delivery. For the people that want it the tracking number is #1Z9TG6950394759994. It seems that it was neither dropped off or picked up yet. To make Rnr a little less work instead of driving over to the UPS store, just refund my money. I am tired of waiting for this and told things that just end up to be lies.
They have $1300 of mine and I still have nothing to show for it. Like I said earlier Ryan I want my money refunded ASAP.

I ordered my exhaust from this thread
(https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...ht=RNR+housing)...A few weeks later I received nothing, despite assurance that it would go out on the Friday after my paypal transaction receipt...Nothing...this was said on the thread...

What say you RnR?
