Angry Another unhappy Rnr customer

From reading the last 2 threads from last week it seemed that EVO2QUIK4U got the result he needed. I ordered a few things 5 weeks ago and was told that I would have in in a week or so, no problem. Well it is now 5 weeks later and I finally recieved my tracking number and was told that it was a 3-day delivery. For the people that want it the tracking number is #1Z9TG6950394759994. It seems that it was neither dropped off or picked up yet. To make Rnr a little less work instead of driving over to the UPS store, just refund my money. I am tired of waiting for this and told things that just end up to be lies.

They have $1300 of mine and I still have nothing to show for it. Like I said earlier Ryan I want my money refunded ASAP.

FYI, going onto a forum and bringing personal gripes BEFORE you get settled is ill adviseable. Make your business complete and settled, then post your experiences afterwards. People are 100x less likely to help you without a fight if you keep things off the boards until a resolution is made.

What do you think I'm trying to do. I get no response from PM's, e-mails, phone calls. I get the same thing everytime I call "It will be sent out tomorrow."

... and I've had a number of my responses deleted by mods to some of the RnR threads.

I feel for ya dood. Cut your losses. Interesting that you'd get some lame UPS tracking number like they did the first time to me. Seems we have a pattern of dishing a UPS number that's never picked up then call back after a few days and get told it's going out (again) tomorrow.

My order for TBE was 2/3 and got the LAST PART only in MAY after numerous phone calls per week.

Ryan or whomever - including your DAD (who MUST never read this board) - your customer service SUCKS A$$.

i have also had some problems with orders from rnr lately. i was told its due to there distributer and i belive them. in there defence ryan and his dad have been nothing but nice to me and helped me out alot. ryan has always taken time to awnser any questions i have about my car and even help me trouble shoot it a bit. also i like how there is never any presure to buy aditional parts and ryan always lets me know if i can get a part somewhere else for cheaper. it does suck that it is taking so long to get the parts but hopefully their problems will be worked out with the distributer and everything will be fine.
