sad because i live so close to RNR but choose to buy parts from other vendors.
I really think RNR would do very well if they were well staffed.

Screw that air your ish on evom. If they cared about their reputations they would have done right in the first place. I had a problem with a company I posted and they got right back to resolve the situation.

 

Time is of the essence as I have one week before I move to a location far from my tools and garage.

So, Ryan, how are you going to make me happy, not only rectify the situation, but make me happy?

 

Run. Take your parts. Kiss the rest of your cash goodbye. Run. Never look back. Never look at their parts or service again. It's the only way to be happy with this vendor.
