Highest HP on a stock longblock?

Just like the title says what's the highest confirmed HP out of a stock EVO motor? I know most will say it will handle around 450-500awhp, but anyone know of a dynosheet supporting that?

Dude, I asked for Dynosheets of what some people might consider the highest AWHP on a stock block not opinions on what people think the motor can handle.

Dude, I don't see where I've been negative. Truthful and real, Yes, but negative hardly. The only thing I see negative in this thread is your immaturity.

I would say anything more than 450 whp is pushing it and even at that hp you are on borrowed time if it is being raced. Anyway, whats the fun in staying stock...lol. I had an 02 stang making 400 whp(stock block) and she blew up after 2K miles but I was beating the crap out of it at every light.

It's not a big deal I don't like being called a troll though. I've been around DSM's since the MDSOG days!! If you don't know what that was I'll give you a hint. David Buschur was still in the 12's and the only turbo upgrade was from HKS

Showing my age in that sentence. I've been around DSM's longer than 3000Ways has probably been driving. I just wanted to see some 450-500awhp stock block dynosheets because I could not find very many.

Yep, stock 4.6 blocks on gt's are only good for 400rwhp. Of course people have made more, but your playing russian roulette at that point.

There is a dsm guy pushing stock 7 bolts right now. He has made 550whp on the dyno and run it at the track with success. No one is pushing the evo blocks because they are expensive to blow up. Dsm 7 bolts are a dime a dozen. The evo block is capable of more a bit more than dsm 7 bolt due to the pistons being a good bit lighter. The rods, crank, and block are identical spec.

I recall reading a couple peoples threads on here about them having 500+whp on the stock block. I think they just did it to say they did it. Most of them retuned the car back down to a safer tune. It is probably capable of 600whp but I don't think it would last more than a run or two.

I don't think any of those cars are running the stock longblock...cams are usually upgraded, along with head studs, cam gears, valvetrain, etc. Maybe you meant stock shortblock??

Nolimits, I talked to 2 vendors and both had about the same advice. With ARP's the stock block is good for 450-500awhp with no detonation.
