broken front windshield - help!

that would involve collison, comprehensive coverage cannot make your deductible go up.. the only way you can get OEM glass via insurance company is if it's not listed in NAGS pricing which will result the glass company buying directly from the dealer... the H1 hummer is that way... we're doing one next week and the bill is up to $1400

my glass coverage is different then my comprehensive coverage......they said if they can fix it, it's free, but if they have to replace it i have to pay 100$......

just to let everyone know your windsheild is designed to save your @ss in a crash.....the evo windshield is thicker then the lancer windshield....i'm all about saveing money on parts for my car but not for something that is designed to save my life

really? i thought it was to shield you from wind. because it's called a wind-shield.

thats what it was originally designed for... if you remember the old cars had windows in rubber gaskets and the cars were built alot stronger... today's cars have urethaned parts and "crumple zones"

Bump.

dyuyeno, did you ever get your windshield fixed? How much did you end up paying? A fat rock just hit my windshield today and left two spider webs right in the middle.
