Thats kinda why I posted on here, to see if any1 could shed some light on the fact if the cops have the RIGHT....uinless it falls under probably cause.

Dude, I'm soooo glad we don't have to worry about that kind of stuff here in TX. (at least not yet)
I don't have any mods or anything but when I do I don't want to have to worry about being harassed for that along with playing cat and mouse w/ them in the first palce...

Just so you know.. They ask the question if you've been arrested before to see if you're being honest with them.. Not because thay think you're a criminal.. They already know if you've been arrested before or not, so they ask you to see if you'll be honest and tell them... They usually know the answers to the questions they are asking before they even ask it.. Just a little FYI...
