Greddy profec B II help!?

yes, i read all the thread on "how to tune greddy profec" already.. i don't know if i hook it up wrong or the setting is wrong... im only hitting 120kpa max

for some reason..i can't change kpa to psi on my unit... what they mean by off mode? is it when the word OFF is display? it only comes on for like a second.. i follow the instruction.. at OFF i hold SELECT for 2 seconds and push mode twice... nothing happens.. i think it just goes to the Last boost screen...help on this

and im only been able to get up to 120 kpa which is alot lower than stock ..

my settings are follow

Set - 30%
Gain - 10%
Set Gain - 112kpa
Warning - 147 kpa
Limiter - 26%

im trying to get around 20psi

I hooked up COM to the wastegate nipple and NO to bov line, i use the BOV line as pressure source

i capped the turbo nipple, intake nipple, turbo wastegate actuator nipples

First off, your SET needs to go up. I am boosting about 22 psi and I have it at 57%. Try to start around 50% and see where it puts you.

I don't know the exact conversion to kpa, but this is something what it should look like....

Set - 50-60%
Gain - 6-9%
Set Gain - 11 psi (or 110 on the unit)
Warning - 25 psi (or 250 on the unit)
Limiter - 5% (but you can very this, it only comes into play when you hit the limit)

Hopes this helps....

When you hit your warning the boost controller lowers your set by the value you put in for limiter. So every time you hit 147 kpa, your set value will be dropped to 4%. Also, your set value is very low. Start increasing it about 5% at a time until it gets closer to 20 psi, then start increasing it in smaller intervals. I would also start off with the gain around 5%, and then increase it if you start noticing a boost taper in the upper RPMs. As for as the hi and lo settings, they are just two different settings for two different boost levels. Both are completely independent of one another. If you want your lo setting can be higher than your hi setting. It really doesn't matter. Hope this helps.

Turn Set way up^^^....i hate the Greddy. I just got rid of mine after being mind f***ed by it for months. Mine was horrific with temperature variations i was constantly changing the settings. I swithced to a hallman and its a world of difference....spool is about 500 rpm sooner.
WILL....check out the wastegate solonoid, make sure the two hoses are secure and the third hole is plugged. A buddy of mine wasn't seeing any boost with his, and the problem was with the wastegate solonoid.

I have had zero issues with my greddy. I live in MD so I have four seasons. My boost stays very constant. I dont have any spikes and taper is very very minimal.
